How much notice do you need to arrange massages or extras at Mt Hay Retreat?
Our masseuses get booked up well in advance, so we recommend booking a massage at the same time as you book. For short notice bookings please let us know your preferred day and time for your massage and we will do our best to arrange a suitable time – subject to availability.
For extras such as cheeseboards, chocolate dipped strawberries or flowers, we recommend 48 hours notice, to ensure we have fresh ingredients on hand. Most other extras can be ordered on the day – if required.
