At Mt Hay Retreat we are committed to welcoming all guests equally. People are people. If you have particular needs or concerns, please just reach out. We are happy to help.
We pride ourselves on being as inclusive and accessible as our physical location allows (being on top of a hill).
We have 2 suites at Mt Hay that are accessed via gently sloping pathways, straight from their parking spot. These suites do not have any steps, have lowered bathroom benches and plenty of space to move around – including open showers (with no lip or step). You can also move seamlessly from your living area onto your expansive deck to soak in the view.
Our pool, spa and chess area are all accessed via a wide sloping pathway with a rail and graduated (underwater) steps to make access to the pool itself as easy as possible.
Assistance dogs are very welcome.
