Missed the 1st Sunday – don’t stress. There is also a weekly Farmers Market packed with fresh local produce, ready-made meals, flowers, breads, cheeses and more. Held every Thursday at Berry Bowling Club 2-5pm.
Plus, Berry Village Market – A new monthly market launched just this year and gaining incredible momentum. Set in the shady grounds of the Berry Bowling Club, Berry Village Market offers 80 stalls, delicious street foods and live music. Held on the fourth Sunday of each month. 10am – 3pm.
3. Seven Mile Beach
A short drive from Berry, Seven Mile Beach is a stunning stretch of coastline perfect for a day of relaxation. Whether it’s swimming, surfing, or simply soaking up the sun, this beach offers a serene escape and with a whole seven miles of sand – you’re sure to find your own private corner for a walk, a relax or just to breathe!
4. Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk
For those seeking a bit of adventure, the Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk is exhilarating. This elevated walkway through the treetops offers panoramic views of the rainforest and the coastline. The more daring can try the zipline tour for a thrilling ride above the forest floor.

Both gorgeous wineries are well known for their commitment to sustainability, great food, stunning wines and stellar hospitality.
If it’s gourmet delights you’re after visit one of Berry’s fantastic cafe’s and restaurants, where you can enjoy fresh, locally-sourced cuisine. The Garden has a beautiful outdoor space for year round enjoyment and features a spectacular seasonal menu, or pop into Queen Street Cafe for the Kings Breakfast or The Most Delicious High Tea! If its something a little more local in flavour, Pickled Ink Kitchen is a real find. Simply incredible food with a relaxed and friendly vibe. Their Tuesday night ‘locals’ dinner is a closely held secret delight!
6. Bushwalking and Nature Trails
The natural beauty surrounding Berry is best explored on foot. The Drawing Room Rocks Walk is a popular trail, offering spectacular views of the coastline and hinterland. Another great option is the Barren Grounds Nature Reserve, home to diverse flora and fauna and numerous walking tracks suitable for all levels of fitness, or a wander at Black Head, Gerroa – to blast away the cobwebs with a gulp of fresh sea air!

Berry is packed with beautiful, unique mostly locally owned and operated stores stocking everything from home-wares and furniture, fashion and jewellery, antiques, art and crafts, books and music, plants and flowers, specialty foods and more. While several shops open at 9am, all are open by 10am.
