For Louise and Anthony, who run the retreat, ensuring guests can switch off is of paramount importance. 

“We really want guests to feel welcomed and valued. When people arrive, we greet them by name, help with their bags, and take them to their suite. We want them to feel at home, like they belong here, we want guests to feel as though it’s truly their own space.”
